Bio : Sarra El Ayari, a graduate in language sciences and computer science, is a research engineer in linguistic data production and analysis at the Structures Formelles du Langage laboratory. She develops tools for exploring and analysing written, oral and multimodal corpora. Sarra is more specifically interested in second language acquisition in relation to the didactics of French as a foreign language.
Summary: Sarramanka is an online platform hosted by Huma-Num that provides transcription, annotation and exploration functions for written and oral corpora. It requires no installation and is designed to be easy to use and ergonomic. It has already been used in various research projects and continues to be developed according to the needs of researchers. We will be presenting its special features, some of the functions illustrated in research projects and some teaching applications.
